- Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 6th grade, 9th grade, 12th grade and upon first entry to an Illinois school.
Health documentation may be dropped off at your student's school during regular business hours beginning on August 1st. Remember, sports physicals must be completed before students may begin sports practices!
