Health Compliance

Plano School District’s Board of Education Policy 7.100 states that all students must meet the health requirements as outlined by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Proof of all requirements must be provided before the first day of school. Forms can be emailed to the student’s building nurse, or dropped off at Plano School District Administrative Office. 


Students that are non-compliant will be excluded from school on October 15th of the current school year.

De acuerdo con la Política 7.100 de la Junta de Educación del Distrito Escolar de Plano, todos los estudiantes deben cumplir con los requisitos de salud descritos por el Departamento de Salud Pública de Illinois. Se debe proporcionar prueba de todos los requisitos antes del primer día de clases. Los formularios se pueden enviar por correo electrónico a la enfermera del edificio del estudiante o dejarlos en la Oficina Administrativa del Distrito Escolar de Plano.


 Los estudiantes que no cumplan serán excluidos de la escuela el 15 de octubre del año escolar actual.
