Emily G. Johns student, Airik, was recognized at the October Board of Education meeting for the outstanding achievement of attaining the highest possible score on the math section of his 4th grade IAR test. He was the only EGJ student to do this. Airik aspires to go into the medical field. He stays focused on that to give him the determination and motivation to do well in school and on his tests. Principal Campbell was there to award Airik with a medallion from the Board and he also recognized Airik's teacher, Mrs. King, for her efforts in his success.

Airik, estudiante de Emily G. Johns, fue reconocido en la reunión de la Junta de Educación de octubre por su destacado logro al obtener la puntuación más alta en la sección de matemáticas de su examen IAR de 4.º grado. Fue el único estudiante de EGJ en lograrlo. Airik aspira a estudiar medicina. Se mantiene enfocado en ello, lo que le da la determinación y la motivación para obtener buenos resultados en la escuela y en sus exámenes. El director Campbell estuvo presente para otorgarle a Airik una medalla de la Junta y también reconoció a su maestra, la Sra. King, por su esfuerzo en el éxito de Airik.
