School Counselor Carmen Taylor and students presented at the September Board of Education meeting. They shared information about their Hispanic Heritage Event on September 29th. The student-led event featured student-created decorations, arts and crafts, music and dance, and a taco truck. Students shared their excitement about celebrating their heritage and the opportunity to share their culture with others, noting the importance of family within Hispanic culture.
