Hello P.H. Miller Families,
We are excited to see all the kids next week. In an effort to make arrival and dismissal go smoothly, we are going to have an opportunity for parents/guardians to pick up backpack tags with the child's name/grade/teacher, wristbands, and car rider signs. This usually was done at preschool orientation and is critical to sorting the kids on the first day of attendance.
Therefore, on Monday, 8/31, P.H. Miller Preschool will have contact free, drive through pick up for car rider signs, backpack tags, and wristbands. At this time we are also going to allow families to drop off any donations for the program (e.g., hand sanitizer, kleenex, etc.). This pick up and drop off opportunity is for our HYBRID/in-person learners, since our Virtual Academy students do not have anything to drop off or pick up during this time.
We are going to conduct this process at our Main Office Entrance Door number 1 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. AND from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. Please enter the front parking lot and drive up to the tables. We ask that you please remain in your car and a staff member will greet and assist you.
When you arrive please have ready:
An ID of the parent/guardian
A piece of paper, either printed or written, with your child's legal name used to register at the school
We will also ask what the mode of regular transportation is, either car rider or bus rider.
Supplies in a grocery bag ready to be passed to a staff member thru a window
Staff members will then check your ID to verify that you are a designated pick up adult. Once verified you will receive the signs.
This is an optional opportunity for picking up items and dropping off supplies, it is not mandatory.

En un esfuerzo por hacer que la llegada y la salida se desarrollen sin problemas, tendremos la oportunidad de que los padres / tutores recojan las etiquetas de las mochilas con el nombre / grado / maestro del niño, muñequeras y letreros de los pasajeros en automóvil. Cuando llegue, tenga listo:
Una identificación del padre / tutor

Suministros en una bolsa de supermercado listos para pasar a un miembro del personal a través de una ventana
Los miembros del personal verificarán su identificación para verificar que usted es un adulto designado para recogerlo. Una vez verificado, recibirá las señales.
