ISBE celebrated excellence in education at the 51st Annual Those Who Excel & Teacher of the Year Awards Banquet on May 17 in Bloomington-Normal. Three of our own were honored that evening: John Chernick, Dr. Stephanie Eller and Zack Skinner. We are very proud to call these educators our own. Congratulations on a recognition well deserved!
