District 88 is heartbroken to share the sad news about the passing of our beloved Dan "Boomer" Halbesma. Some may remember him as their teacher, counselor or coach...and others as their principal and friend. Regardless, no one will think of him without smiling and thinking about his booming voice, hearty laugh and love for the staff and students of the Plano School District. We lift up our love and prayers to the Halbesma family.
