Work toward improving student achievement and motivation.
Align curriculum, instruction, and professional development across grade levels (Prek-12), maintaining continuity of practices and smooth transitions.
Provide comprehensive staff development in educational best practices that will improve learning for all students.
Increase parental involvement to enhance student learning.
Create and maintain open communication and involvement with the community to foster collaboration, cooperation, and support.
Use all human, physical, and financial resources wisely.
Oversee and coordinate/collaborate with the Plano Area Special Education Cooperative (PASEC) in furtherance of the District’s role as the administrative district for PASEC.
