All purchases made and contracts entered by Plano CUSD #88 are made in accordance with applicable law and Board of Education Policy 4:60. Purchases in excess of $25,000 are made in accordance with the state bidding procedure unless specifically exempted by Section 10-20.21 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-20.21).
