My School Menu

The Plano School District and Arbor Management, Inc. are excited to announce that we have partnered with My School Menus by Health-e Pro to provide access to interactive monthly menus that you will be able to select menu items and view nutritional, allergen, and ingredient information with a simple click. This new website will allow parents and school nurses to have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips when it comes to the menu nutrition information.

Get started:

  • Click here, on the "My Schools Menu" logo above, or go to the school district website and click on the "My School Menus" logo

  • Enter the name of the school your child attends from the drop-down box.

  • Choose the menu that you would like to view from the drop-down box.

  • The menu will appear, and you can select the monthly or weekly view of the calendar and desired date range.

  • To see the menu item details, simply click the item and the ingredients, nutritional data, and allergens will populate.

  • To view specific allergen information, click the “filter allergens” in the tools section on the right-side bar and check all the boxes that apply. You will see the menu items with a line through them that contain the allergens you selected.

  • Under the tools section at the right-side bar, you can print a customer menu, select a language to translate, build a meal to determine nutritional value of the choices and much more.

Allergen Icons:

  • Icons for the top nine allergens are listed with corresponding menu items.

  • We cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contact or guarantee that any item is free of allergens due to the nature of our kitchens and our reliance on suppliers for accurate information.

Our kitchens are allergy aware, not allergy free.

Please note: Menu items may be changed (substitution may be made) based on product availability. Interactive menus will be updated as quickly as possible.

Free Meals for ALL Students, All School Year

The Plano School District has AGAIN been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). With this new option in place, all students enrolled in District 88 are eligible to receive a FREE healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to their household each day of this school year (with the exception of half-day PK students, whose schedule includes breakfast OR lunch). Please note, new for the 2023-24 school year: A.M. Preschool students will receive a full breakfast at school and P.M. Preschool students will receive a full lunch at school.

Ala carte items will be available for purchase at the middle and high schools. A student must accept a fully reimbursable meal (contains all components) in order for it to be marked free. All students are eligible to purchase milk to accompany a sack breakfast or lunch from home. A fully reimbursable meal includes a carton of milk. A student would need to order a fully reimbursable meal in order to receive free milk.

Student Fee Waivers

Families who are not directly certified from the State of Illinois (SNAP, Medicaid or Foster-eligible), will be contacted by the school district and provided information to apply for registration fee waivers. Based on the income information provided on the household information form, students’ fees may be waived (free), reduced (50%) or full-pay. Remember, families do not need to complete any paperwork in order to receive free breakfast and lunch at school. ALL students are eligible for FREE meals during the 2022-23 school year.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
