The Help Desk is available to all hybrid (A/B day) and Virtual Academy students.  Please contact the support line if you are experiencing issues with your Chromebook.  The Tech Department cannot support WiFi connectivity issues in your home or personal devices.

If your device needs to be brought in due to damage or servicing that could not be provided remotely, please click the link to schedule a time to meet with a technician at the Chrome Depot at Plano High School.  If your student has lost or damaged their Chromebook, please be aware that some charges may apply.
