Plano Premier Award Nomination Form Open to Staff, Students & Community

The Plano School District annually presents Plano Premier Awards in order to recognize and honor those who make outstanding contributions to our students, community and/or staff.

Recipients of the award will be recognized during the Plano School District "Salute to Service" ceremony on Monday, May 6, 2019 at the Plano High School Auditorium.

Nominate someone today…you will make their day!!

Here are the questions from the Google nomination form; it is recommended that you type them up in a Word document and then transfer the answers to each section of the Google form:

  • How has the nominee/team demonstrated EXCELLENCE in the fulfillment of duties
  • How has the nominee/team demonstrated CONCERN FOR CHILDREN?
  • What POSITIVE EFFECT has the nominee/team had on the school environment?
  • How has the nominee/team show LEADERSHIP or inspired others to achieve?
  • How has the nominee/team gone ABOVE AND BEYOND what would be expected in the fulfillment of duties?
  • Describe a moment where you remember feeling inspired by the nominee?
