Dear parents:
Last week Herff Jones sent out postcards to all sophomores, juniors and seniors and directed you to their website to order class rings and letter jackets. In early October they will be sending information packets home to your Seniors to order their caps & gowns, graduation announcements and senior products. They can order through the mail, online, or over the phone.
Below is a link to the Student Cap & Gown the link created for your Seniors to make preliminary Cap n Gown reservations. No money is required to Reserve the Cap & Gown Unit. Once you submit your height and weight information, you will receive a message to go online to order and pay for your cap and gown, and order your Senior’s graduation announcements and senior products, when you are ready. You will also be given the option of waiting for the ordering information packet to be mailed to you in October. We will follow up with you in December to let you know who has and has not ordered.
Herff Jones is unable to take orders at PHS in person this Fall, but are able to offer this option. Remember, students can reach out to Herff Jones in the following three ways:

La semana pasada, Herff Jones envió postales a todos los estudiantes de segundo, tercer y cuarto año y los dirigió a su sitio web para pedir anillos de clase y chaquetas con letras. A principios de octubre, enviarán paquetes de información a los hogares de los estudiantes del último año para que ordenen sus birretes y togas, anuncios de graduación y productos para el último año.
