Good Evening Junior and Senior Families,
I hope this email finds everyone safe and healthy as we continue to navigate through these difficult times. Our original date for Prom has come and gone and I’m sure many of you struggled through last week thinking about how much fun you would have had.
As of now we have rescheduled Prom for Friday, June 19th at 6 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Naperville. We understand the importance of Prom as it pertains to your High School experience, but what we are experiencing is very unusual and the decision to have Prom has been taken out of our hands. We will try our very best to do so, while also following all recommendations for health experts and the Center for Disease Control.
With that said, if we cannot hold Prom on June 19th we will not continue to reschedule the dance. I understand the importance of the event, however the safety of all students must take priority. The decision to host Prom will be made on or around June 5th as Governor Pritzker will release information related to his 5 Phase Plan to restore Illinois back to normalcy.

Espero que este correo electrónico encuentre a todos seguros y saludables a medida que continuamos navegando en estos tiempos difíciles. Nuestra fecha original para el baile de graduación de Prom llegó y se fue, y estoy seguro de que la semana pasada fue difícil para muchos pensando en la diversión que hubieran tenido.
A partir de ahora, hemos reprogramado el baile de graduación, Prom, para el viernes 19 de junio a las 6 p.m. en el Hotel Marriott en Naperville. Entendemos la importancia del baile de graduación en lo que respecta a su experiencia en la escuela secundaria, pero lo que estamos experimentando es muy inusual y la decisión de tener un baile de graduación ha sido quitada de nuestras manos. Haremos todo lo posible para hacerlo, al mismo tiempo que seguimos todas las recomendaciones de expertos en salud y el Centro para el Control de Enfermedades.
Dicho esto, si no podemos celebrar el baile de graduación el 19 de junio, no continuaremos reprogramando el baile. Entiendo la importancia del evento, sin embargo, la seguridad de todos los estudiantes debe tener prioridad. La decisión de organizar el baile de graduación se tomará alrededor del 5 de junio, ya que el gobernador Pritzker dará a conocer información relacionada con su plan de 5 fases para restaurar Illinois a la normalidad.
