Due to social distancing requirements, the Plano School District Board meeting on Monday, April 27th will be a virtual platform. All Board meetings are open to the public, even during COVID-19 restrictions. Please see below for instructions on how the public and press may virtually attend the meeting.
Requests by the press to virtually attend the Board meeting, or visitors who wish to attend and provide public comment, must be pre-arranged with the Board Secretary by 4:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2020 via email to Kathy Benoit at firstname.lastname@example.org or by voice mail at 630/552-8978. Speakers must provide their name, email address and the topic of their comment. An invitation to the virtual meeting with instructions will then be emailed to the requestor.
Those who wish to send an Email to the Board to be read during public comments should send the message to Kathy Benoit at email@example.com by the same deadline. Only signed comments will be read aloud during the virtual Board meeting.
