Semester Exams will be administered December 17, 18, and 19:

Wednesday, December 17, Period A1, A2, A3 Dismissal at 12:25

Thursday, December 18, Period B1, B2, B3, Dismissal at 12:25

Bus service will be at 2:40 for Wednesday & Thursday. IVVC Students will attend IVVC and make it to their 3rd hour exam.

Friday, December 19, Period A4, B4, Dismissal at 10:50.

Bus service will be at 1 for Friday and IVVC students will not attend IVVC.

There will be no lunches served Wednesday - Friday.

Rules and Regulations

1. Juniors and seniors with an "A" (90%) average in the class MAY be exempt from exams. Exemptions are not automatic. Freshman and sophomores shall not be excused from exams, except in the case of placement in an upper-level class; however, they must attend the exam period. If an exempt freshman or sophomore does not show up for the exam, they are to receive a zero. Exemptions are determined by the teacher.

Students, who are exempt, must be present for the regular class period on the day before the exam is given. Students who are exempt must leave campus or remain in the Commons area during testing. Students shall remain in classes for the duration of the testing period. Open campus is available for only juniors and seniors who are exempt from tests.

2. All exams must be administered as assigned. If alternative assessments are used, teachers are responsible for a regular class period during that time. Students should be engaged and on task. No student may take exams early.

3. IVVC students are required to attend class at IVVC Wednesday & Thursday.

4. Students should not be in the halls during exams (emergencies only).

5. Exams may not be made up except in the case of an excused absence and approved by administration.
