The Task

You, and the partner you traveled with, will use this webquest to research events and people of the Civil War. Each time traveler will research and write one of the following.

• A diary, written in first person, for a Civil War person, OR
• A Newspaper article covering one of the Civil War battles.

All time travelers will complete a time line using reference materials or your textbook.

All time travelers will read three Civil War poems and respond to one.

All time travelers will design a quilt square with four drawings depicting Civil War scenes.
