SPRING SPORTS ORIENTATION MEETING

All students interested in participating in a spring sport and their parents must attend an orientation/informational meeting on Thursday, Feb. 18 @ 6:30 pm in the gymnasium. Paperwork may be turned in at this time and fees may be paid. All paperwork and fees must be turned in prior to the first day of practice. There will also be short meetings with each coach. Information regarding practice times, game schedules, uniforms and spirit pack orders will be handed out.

Parent Orientation Night For Current 8th Graders - February 3

There will be a meeting for current 8th graders and thier parents on Wednesday, February 3rd at 7 p.m. We will be meeting in the High School Auditorium. If you are parking on the west side (general parking lot) please enter through door 2. If you are parking on the east side please enter through the auditorium doors. A meeting will also be available in Spanish at this time. High School expectations and class information will be reviewed on this night to help you prepare for the class registration process that will begin on February 5. We look forward to seeing you there.

Plano High School is Going Green!

This is the age of saving the environment and making the most of technology! Starting in January 2010, Plano High School progress reports and report cards will no longer be mailed home.

To view your student's grades go to our website http:www.plano88.org/phs/ and click on Student Grades - From Home located at the top left column. At the log in screen enter your user name and password given to you by the school.

For the month of February, the progress reports will be ready to view after 3 p.m. on Friday, February 5.

If you need your user name and password, please call Barb Moss at 630/552-3178 extension 7509. Note, you may view grades and lunch account information at any time.

An Alert Now message will be sent to parents every quarter and semester when the grades are ready to view. Hard copies of progress reports and report cards will be available by request. Please call Barb Moss with a request for a hard copy and the report will be sent home with your student in a timely matter.
